Siccaforte - Augengel ist ein klares, farbloses, tropffähiges Augengel, das ähnliche Eigenschaften, wie die Tränenflüssigkeit des Auges besitzt. Deshalb wird es als Ersatz für Tränenflüssigkeit verwendet um die Reizung des Auges durch fehlende oder ungenügende Tränenproduktion („trockene Augen“) symptomatisch zu behandeln. Siccaforte - Augengel verhindert oder verringert unangenehme Trockenheit am Auge und bessert damit gereizte und gerötete Augen bis zu 6 Stunden lang. 

Siccasan – Augengel ist ein MIttel zur Unterstützung der Wundheilung. Panthothensäure ist ein wasserlösliches Vitamin, welches als Coenzym-A an zahlreichen Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt ist. Dexpanthenol kann bei äußerlicher Anwendung einen erhöhten Panthothensäurebedarf der geschädigten Haut, bzw. Schleimhaut ausgleichen.
